Terms of Use

Apple's Standard EULA applies. Use of the iOS app Video to Mp3 is governed by the Apple Media Services Terms and the Standard End-User License Agreement. The notes below add app-specific clarifications.

1. License

Subject to your acceptance of and compliance with Apple's Standard EULA, alpdigital grants you a non-transferable license to install and use Video to Mp3 on Apple-branded devices that you own or control.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the app to convert audio out of videos you own or have the right to use. You agree not to use the app to:

Infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights of others.
Bypass digital rights management on protected media.
Violate applicable laws.

You are solely responsible for the content you import and the use you make of the converted output.

3. In-app purchases & subscriptions

The app offers a free tier and Pro tier. Pro is available as a one-time purchase ("Lifetime") or as an auto-renewing subscription (Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly).

Subscriptions are charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase and at the start of each renewal period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price unless cancelled. You can manage and cancel subscriptions any time in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions).
The Lifetime purchase is non-consumable and tied to your Apple ID. Restore Purchases is available from inside the app and from the App Store.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its standard terms: reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. No warranty

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, alpdigital disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, alpdigital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app, including loss of data. Where required by law, this limitation does not apply to liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted in the app's About screen.
