Terms of Use

By downloading, installing, or using WaveSnip ("the app") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. End User License Agreement

Your use of WaveSnip is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), available at:

This document (Terms of Use) supplements Apple's Standard EULA with information specific to WaveSnip's subscriptions, features, and acceptable use.

2. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal

2.1 Available Plans

WaveSnip Pro is offered as:

Weekly subscription — renews every 7 days
Monthly subscription — renews every month
Yearly subscription — renews every 12 months
Lifetime — one-time purchase, no renewal

Final prices are displayed in the App Store and are localized to your region.

2.2 Auto-Renewal Notice

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of the current period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, and then automatically for each renewal period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings (Settings app → your name → Subscriptions).

2.3 Free Trial

WaveSnip currently offers 2 free exports to non-subscribers as an evaluation. This is not a time-based free trial. Upgrading to a paid plan begins billing immediately.

2.4 Refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their policies. Submit refund requests via reportaproblem.apple.com.

3. Permitted Use

You may use WaveSnip to edit videos that:

You own or have permission to edit;
Do not infringe on copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights;
Do not contain content that is illegal in your jurisdiction (e.g. CSAM, threats, harassment).

WaveSnip is a local editing tool — we have no ability to monitor, review, or remove content on your device. Responsibility for content rests entirely with you.

4. Music & Third-Party Content

If you add music or audio to your videos, you are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use that audio, including for sharing on platforms like TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, etc. WaveSnip does not grant any license to music files imported by you.

5. No Warranty

WaveSnip is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best to deliver a reliable app, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation or that the app will be free of bugs. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, alpdigital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of your use of WaveSnip.

We strongly recommend backing up your original video files before editing. WaveSnip has an autosave mechanism, but we cannot guarantee recovery in all failure scenarios.

7. Termination

You may stop using WaveSnip at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or engage in abuse of the service.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or the App Store update notes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, excluding conflict-of-laws rules. Your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence are not affected.
