By downloading, installing, or using Photo Collage: SnapCollage ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is provided by Alp Digital ("we," "us," or "our").
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under 18, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The App offers the following subscription plans and a one-time purchase option to unlock premium features:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same rate. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings in the App Store after purchase.
We may offer a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and your Apple ID account will be charged. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to premium features until then. We do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly, as all payments are processed through the App Store.
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing. If prices increase, you will be notified in advance and must agree to the new price to continue your subscription. If you do not agree, your subscription will not renew at the higher rate.
The App allows you to create collages using photos stored on your device. You retain all rights to your photos and the collages you create. We do not claim ownership of any user-generated content. Your photos are processed entirely on your device and are never uploaded to our servers.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, templates, and layout configurations, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Alp Digital.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alp Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data or profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alp Digital from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your personal data. Since we do not collect personal data or require account creation, these rights are inherently satisfied. For any GDPR-related inquiries, contact us at [email protected].
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) grants you the right to know what personal information is collected, request deletion, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not collect, sell, or share personal information. For CCPA inquiries, contact us at [email protected].
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the App, its users, or third parties.
