Your photos never leave your device.
No account required. No personal data collected. No data sold.
This Privacy Policy explains how Photo Collage: SnapCollage ("the App"), developed by Alp Digital ("we," "us," or "our"), handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our data practices.
We want to be clear about what we do not do:
The App uses Firebase Analytics (provided by Google) to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data. This helps us understand how the App is used so we can improve it.
| Data Type | Details | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| App usage events | Screen views, feature usage (e.g., "collage created," "template selected"), button taps | Improve app features & UX |
| Device info | Device model, OS version, app version, language | Ensure compatibility & fix bugs |
| Crash reports | Anonymous crash logs and stack traces | Identify & fix stability issues |
All data collected by Firebase Analytics is anonymous and aggregated. It cannot be used to identify you personally. No Advertising Identifier (IDFA) is collected. Firebase Analytics data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
The App requests access to your photo library so you can select photos for your collages and save finished collages back to your library. This access is granted through the standard iOS permissions system and can be revoked at any time in your device's Settings.
Your photos are processed entirely on-device. They are never uploaded to any remote server, cloud storage, or third-party service.
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information (credit card number, billing address, etc.). Apple's handling of payment data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Since the App does not collect personal information from any user, it complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove it.
If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):
Legal Basis for Processing: Our use of Firebase Analytics is based on our legitimate interest in improving the App's functionality and user experience (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data Transfers: Firebase Analytics data may be transferred to and processed in the United States by Google. Google participates in appropriate data transfer mechanisms to ensure compliance with GDPR.
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you specific rights:
Anonymous analytics data is retained by Firebase for up to 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted. We do not maintain any separate database of user information.
We take appropriate measures to protect data through the use of industry-standard encryption and secure protocols. Since the App does not collect personal data, the risk of a data breach affecting users is minimal.
The App integrates the following third-party services:
We do not integrate any advertising SDKs, social media trackers, or other data-collection frameworks.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
