1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using MediGuard ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Medical Disclaimer

MediGuard is a personal health management tool designed to help users organize and remember their medication schedules. It is NOT:

A medical device
A replacement for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
A certified medication management system

Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your medication regimen. In case of medical emergency, call emergency services immediately.

3. License

alpdigital.io grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use MediGuard on any Apple-branded device you own or control, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Attempt to reverse engineer the App
Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Use the App to develop a competing product

4. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

MediGuard offers optional Premium subscriptions managed by Apple:

Monthly: $1.99/month
Yearly: $9.99/year

Subscriptions include a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Settings.

All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

5. User Data

All health data you enter into MediGuard is stored locally on your device. You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. alpdigital.io is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate data entry.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. alpdigital.io does not warrant that:

The App will be uninterrupted or error-free
Notifications will be delivered at all scheduled times (device limitations may apply)
The App is suitable for your specific medical needs

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, alpdigital.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed medications or health consequences.

8. Notification Disclaimer

MediGuard's persistent notification system is designed to help remind you to take medications. However, notification delivery depends on your device settings, iOS version, battery level, and other factors beyond our control. Do not rely solely on this app for critical medications.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the App.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
