Solo CRM: Client Manager is designed as a local-first business tool for managing clients, tasks, notes, service report drafts, photos, and branded PDF exports.

Data stored by the app

The app may store information you enter, including client details, tasks, notes, company profile information, company logo, service report drafts, report photos, and exported PDF report data.

Local-first storage

Your app data is stored locally on your device using Apple platform storage. Solo CRM does not require an account, online sync, or a backend dashboard for its core functionality.

Data collection

ALP Digital does not operate a server for collecting the client records, tasks, notes, report drafts, photos, company profile, or exported reports you create in Solo CRM.

Photos and files

If you add photos to a service report, those images are used to build the report draft and PDF export inside the app. Photos are not uploaded by Solo CRM to an ALP Digital server.

Email support

If you contact support by email, your email address and the information you choose to include in the message will be used to respond to your request.

Backups and exports

If you export, share, back up, or move files from the app, those files are controlled by the destination you choose, such as Files, Mail, Messages, or another app.

Children's privacy

Solo CRM is intended for business use and is not directed to children.
