Use of the app

Orivo helps you manually track recurring subscriptions, bills, memberships, renewals, and trial endings. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter.

No financial advice

Orivo is an organization and reminder tool. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice.

Local data

The app stores your subscription records locally on your device. You are responsible for exporting backups if you need to preserve or move your data.

Notifications

Renewal reminders depend on iOS notification permissions, device settings, and the subscription details you enter. Orivo cannot guarantee that every notification will be delivered in every circumstance.

Premium features

Some features may be offered as premium features. If App Store purchases are added, purchase terms, billing, cancellation, and refunds will be handled through Apple according to Apple's terms.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer protected components, or use the app in a way that violates applicable law.

Limitation of liability

Orivo is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alp Digital is not liable for missed renewals, incorrect entries, lost exports, notification failures, or financial decisions made using the app.
